It's just new so we cannot brand it as a scam yet. What I have experienced from joining the site is that you can participate in their contest that offers both cash and amazon gift check. Now you can be paid by referring a friend which is $3. But there is a condition, it will only be credited if the person whom you refer is from US, Australia, China, Japan and India. Aside from that, you need to understand that the friend you refer should have their existing Facebook and Twitter to incorporate using the site, or else, i don't think again that $3 will be credited. I was able to explore some of the activities and joined 4 contests already. You need to be a black Ninja in order to get more exposure and a chance to win. Although I can't seem to understand that i referred 5 friends there following the same instruction given on their FAQ so that I can credit $3 for each refs, but till now I can't see any amount credited on my part. I only see people who joined under me when I check my status of who is following me and friends invited on Likaholix. If there is anybody here who can explain to me, when can I see the credit amount on my account, please response to me on this forum or PM me here.

I checked out that site, and from what I see it's just another networking forum like twitter. I don't see how you could assume it to be a scam, there's no compensation from the site for using it.
