I for one am a huge fan of Michael Moore and waiting with bated breath for his October 2 nationwide release of Capitalism: A Love Story. I know you either love or hate him and am keen to know people's thoughts, opinions and expectations of the movie.

Well, I'm one of those who hates him. He tried to come across as clever and breaking down barriers but he's so full of clown himself that it's hard to take him seriously. He just happens to have some nerve to do things the average citizen won't for fear of losing time.

I don't really get that. I agree that he uses techniques designed to shock and impact and grab your attention but clowning - not so sure i see that. I don't know that he's trying to be clever - only make observations on what is going on in our society. Neither do I think he's trying to break down barriers. I'm not sure what you mean there. Anyway, to each his own. I have a few friends who won't even watch anything if he's in it but frankly in my opinion, they don't know what they're missing. He's a democrat - that's clear - and he does tend to pick on government, authority, biug business and Republicans (but also Democrats). That's not enough reason for people not to watch him, Although, tat said, I won't watch Fox News..so I guess I understand.
