how good communication within the family

communication in the family needs to be done either by parents or child to a harmonious relationship existed in the family,a good family is a family of mutual communication occurs

I believe that communication should be from all the members of the family. Unless people speak out, how will the others in the family get to know of what is happening in their lives? Family itself means sharing of emotion, problems and binding the members with love.
