what causes the netbook more energy efficient than a regular laptop? even MSI U100 product, hold up to 7 hours, once to charge the batterai.

It is because of their new processors that was used which is the Intel Atom which is energy efficient. And also there were no cd drives therefore no mechanical device that waste power.And new Battery technology which also last long in small package.

i think the netbooks today are more energy efficient than laptop. the current drive towards energy efficient gadgets become a trend to help counter and address the worsening climate change. besides, the convenience of mobility goes with the netbooks. small batteries are making wonders in terms of longevity and usefulness. the simplicity and minimality of netbooks are easy to sell for tech consumers.
