have you ever asked a guy if he loves you?

i asked a guy, who i was dating for quite sometime, that question. i didn't know what i was thinking, because i'm not the type to ask questions like that, but it just came out of my mouth. the guy said he couldn't say it because he didn't want to lie to me and to himself. that sucked. haha but i'm over it now... how about you? have you experienced something like this? :)

Actually my husband I did this too him when we started dating back after a month into dating. I mean we were talkign about marriage the second week of being togetheir. And the way I got it out of him. I know a little bit of sign lanuage and I ask him if he knew a little he said yes. So I signed it out to him. I say what is this "I" he goes I and I said waht is this "love" he said Love and than I pointed at him and he said you. I said Really :) and he said yes. I said awwwwwww. Than I asked him. Do you really love me? He said I really love you. We've been togetheir ever since. So I may have tricked him a little. But I just wanted him to put himself out there first. And he did. This brings a smile to my face just thinking about it. Thanks for the memories back in time.

I have done this for one time,I am more luck than you.Because the guy who I told I love you to also love me.

yeah, i know what you mean. it felt awkward asking him that question. but i had to know once and for all where our relationship was going. so yeah, i had no choice but to ask him that. atleast, i got my answer. but it wasn't a good one. haha

well i haven't tried it but my friend does and she has the same situation as you. :D in my own opinion, it takes a lot of guts to turn down every woman's feelings especially that you're a guy but i salute his honesty. he didn't take any advantage although he knew that you have feelings for him. right? :D
