Nice Splash Page

Does anyone know where I can make a really nice looking and effective splash page for my website? I had one, but the CTR was basically zero and I was thinking maybe if I had a better looking on then that would change...

A splash page is a page you use in Traffic Exchanges in order to get the surfers attention fast before they move on to the next page.

Yea I actually know how to make really nice and effective looking splash pages, but it is not done with a program. I actually design them myself. If you want it to look good, it takes a lot of time to design it. I can get really high CTR rates from my good looking splash pages. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!
