i ve seen superman,spiderman...and many more who wear there undies over there pants ..is it a symbol of strength of ur lower parts??

It's just a costume and maybe, they do it to look different you know ....

not sure if you have heard this.
they wear on top of the pants mainly becos people shouldnt notice their torn pants due to the activities like flying, jumping, diving etc.. done by superheros
