what kind of food dan beverages that make me slim ?

My weight is 62 kilograms but it's too thin for me because my height over 9 feets. Would you like give me some tips to increase my weight ?

Wow you are 9 feet tall!!!! Wow thats tall dude...jeez!!! Anyhow first you say you wnat to be slim in the question but now you say you are two slim??? Make up your mind. Um anyhow the key to any of that is eating helathy and exercisign regularly. That will keep you fit and in shape. Hope this helps you and happy mylotting.

sorry i mean 3,28 feets. Yes you are i'm too slim. I would like to get some weight again.

i'm sorry but this makes no sense how can you be over 9 foot tall? You should definatly call the people at guiness because this has got to be a world record. Anyways, to gain weight you should star working out and eating healthy foods that are high in protein non stop.

errr... i'm sorry for the wrong calculation but i have tall 1,83 m actually. I convert from 1,83m the result was 9 feet. sorry about that. I mean 3,28 feets. :p

dear forfuture20, you should be around 6-foot tall instead of 9 or 3,28. for your height, your weight is just above the underweight range. if you are a man, then i'd say you are a little too light. try to increase your caloric intake. choose food that is higher in calories. what i do to maintain my weight is to drink sweet drinks. i take my coffee with milk and sugar, have a fizzy drink with my meals and try to snack along the way. do remember to make sure that your daily nutritional needs are met too. eat more carbohydrates like potatoes, white rice and white bread. these are the things that can help you in increasing your weight.

Eat lots beef and drinks lots of milk to gain weight , but if you want to get slim then drink tea after eating a heavy oily meal .
