                    Drawing, steaming coffee, brisk walking, deep breathing, meditation, watching TV, listening to loud musics, listening to music loudly and many more. But ithink the best of all is sleeping - the best way to get rid of the day's stress. My stress busting technique changes from situation to situation and also depends on the place i'm in! What about you??

                    One of my way of getting rid of my stress is eating chocolates and buying something for myself.
