I mean there's no specific time in which everyone should eat at the same time. But in every family there is of course, These past few days of working with my project, I sometimes eat very late or even skip lunch. My project will be done tonight, So i promise to myself I will be back on my eating track. How about you do you always eat on time?

Failure to eat is not good. After a night of sleep were the day's fatigue intestinal digestion of food had been exhausted in urgent need of supplementary food. If you often eat irregularly, this is a significant increase in food intake necessary, resulting in an excessive burden on the gastrointestinal tract, leading to ulcers, gastritis, indigestion and other diseases.

yes, i always make sure that i eat on time. if i skip a meal or if a meal is delayed, i feel uncomfortable because i usually experience headaches. what i do if i see that i am delaying a meal because i am busy is to drink a glass of water in the meantime.

Yes, I always eat on time or else I get hunger panic attacks. My family always eats on time every morning between 6:30 to 7:00 because there are students. Then lunctime would be 11:45 or 12:00 NN then dinner would be 7 oclock. But sometimes if I'm really full during the afternoon I skip dinner and eat a light snack around nine PM.

I do eat on time. I get so hungry actually. sometimes it is possible that you miss out cuz you are so into work that time doesnt matter. Then you realise that its late and u were supposed to be hungry and should have eaten.. Funny! but true... it has happened to me, but very rare and the reason was actually that there was noting to eat at hand.. Otherwise for me, its hard to miss eating.. lol

Hello ivygrey, For me, sometimes when I am too busy, I will skip my lunch too. And I will have the time where I eat late at night. I know it is no good for the health, but it only happens once in a while when I am too busy. But for my children, I make sure they are eating on time! I will never delay their meals time!
