Window shopping! on which items?

Hello coolcat123, Nice discussion you have there. Look back when I was a teenager I was doing the same like what you said, just window shopping and didn't buy anything. My friends and I used to go to shopping malls once a week or sometimes after the school hours. That was the time I did not have any money to buy things that I love, hence I could only do window shopping and at the same time check out for the latest things in town. But now I have my career and I am different from my young age. I able to spend money to buy things that I like, or buying something for my kids. I hardly window shopping now. I love to shop for my kids. I like to buy toys and clothing for them. I love to see my kids wearing nice out fits ! .

Hey coolcat, The shop keeper must be having a bad day. Having a shop means people come in to SEE what merchandise there is, it is never guaranteed that everyone who enters the shop must buy an item. If that is the idea, then the shop keeper needs a new career. LOL The beauty of window shopping is to get an idea of what type clothes or what new fashion style is in now. Maybe the shop keeper needs to keep up with what is new and popular and offer more of it? I always window shop, given my income availability I go back for that item, if not able to, it must stay a dream. :) that or save up for it.

Well i do window shopping on clothing after all i won't be buying every brands and design back to house isn't it .

bag and shoes, im checking out i theres sales on those item so i can buy them. i love to shop with friends at the mall. i dont buy bag and shoes online coz i know that some bag online are fake, i just want to make it sure.

i prefer winodw shopping on clothes especially jeans.

yes, i do window shopping when i have a lot of time to burn and if i finish buying the things which are the reasons for my going to the mall. i enjoy looking into beautiful items and check what is new. i like to go and check the latest fashion of clothes so i can copy the style and have my seamstress do one for me. i usually pass by the houseware department and look into their home decorations, etc. i enjoy looking into how they do their flower arrangements and the vases that they use. this gives me insights and encourage me to do my own. i also visit the crafts store a lot and check anything that interests me. the shopkeepers aren't annoyed with me.... i just look around and i don't bother any of them by requiring them to attend to me.

yes i remember we too did it...when we were teenagers...we used to do it when we had free time..like when exams were over etc...we mostly went to exhibition cun sales...where we could see lot of art work, handicrafts etc so that it would be fun and also something we get to learn, how to make things....we all sisters were very creative and liked to try new things...so most of the times our intention used to be to learn...then we used to go to some chat stalls have something to eat and that would make our day ..u reminded me of our golden days nice post ....!!!

Yes, I window shop a lot when I was younger. Now, I don;t have the patience. I just look for specific items and leave.
