Well let me start with that there is no stove where we are at yet. So my hubby's mom gave us a fry pan to use till we get a stove. Now the thing is that I have no recipes that can be made in it that is unpacked. We have made hotdogs, hamburgers, and pasta in it so far. I am not even sure if you could make personal pizza's in it. I am getting sick of the same old same old. So something different would be nice to have for dinner. So if you have any recipes or food ideas that can be made in a fry pan could you please let me know. Happy Mylotting

I didn't know whether u meant an electric one or not. U can brown any flour & brown any meat in a little oil, drain off the oil, add a can of cream soup[mushroom, celery etc.] , some water, cut u up some onions, potatoes & carrots, cover & let them cook till tender. I do a roast in my electric skillet all the time. u COULD DO PORK CHOPS, any cut of steak would be good. Of course u could always fry a chicken, there's nothing better than that. There is always a way to improvise.

Hello, Well I have to say that these are great ideas that you have gave me. We have an electric fry pan due to the fact that we do not have an electric stove. I will for sure do the fried chicken in it. i think I might even simmer some chicken in the fry pan with some cream chicken soup on top. I think you have me out a lot. Happy Mylotting

Quesadillas are really good and very versatile. It's just tortillas (any kind), cheese, and toppings/stuffings. Chop your veggies and/or fully cooked meat, grate your cheese, heat some oil. Put 1 tortilla down in the oil, add just a bit of cheese and then your topping/stuffing, a little more cheese, then the next tortilla, squish with a spatula, fry 2 minutes or so on medium heat and flip then fry again until done. All kinds of meat and veggies work in this, be creative and use what you have on hand. Try recipezaar.com for no cook ideas. Good luck.

Oh goodness, this sounds so good. I will be giving this a try with the extra food we do have. I think I am going to spice up some turkey burger and use cheese with corn. I am glad that you gave me this great recipe idea. With this idea you gave me, it will now be a big help in making other ideas. Happy Mylotting
