Do you have a fixed billing plan?

I do and my gas company send me a letter saying starting next month my monthly bill will be less then I have been paying! I am very happy! Instead of $48.00 a month I'll be paying under $33.00! I love the fixed billing because I know what I'll be paying every month and can budget it in my budget. When I didn't I couldn't pay my toal monthly payments and ended up using my tax returns to pay off what I owed in the spring! Fixed billing is so much easier!
