Top 10 Anime Openings

OK so this is kinda like a follow-up on my other thread. So this time its about openings. To me the opening is very important to a series, its basically the first thing you see in an episode (ok not always but you get what I'm trying to say). So without further ado, here goes: #10: Through the Night - Outlaw Star It was a brilliant opening to a not-so-brilliant anime... #9: Sora Mimi Cake - Azumanga Daioh Nothing THAT great, really, just a REALLY catchy song. #8: Warriors - Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters This is more like a good opening animation rather than a simply awesome song scenario, I dunno just liked the art and everything...the song isn't THAT bad but still its full version wasn't as good as I had hoped... #7: Katayoku no Tori - Umineko no Naku Koro Ni The thing I like about Studio DEEN is that they've got some pretty good openings for their shows...I like both the art and song of this thing, its so...umineko. #6: Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni - Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Its not that you're high its just the name of the song and the name of the anime are the same...that's why you're seeing doubles. Anyway as I said, at least Studio DEEN did SOMETHING good with Higurashi... #5: Ichirin no Hana - Bleach This was one of the first opening I liked a LOT. I hadn't watched much anime back then but really, I thought it was the best ever. #4: Motteke! Sailor Fuku! - Lucky Star OMG the moe...I got really addicted to this opening...much like Azumanga Daioh! it was so catchy and the shows have a lot in common generally. #3: Aozora no Namida - Blood+ Art-wise its mediocre at best but I love the song so much that I can say it deserves the spot for sure. #2: What's Up, People ?! - Death Note Yeah this sure feels out of place but honestly I think that its not exaggeration to put it here, I just think its pretty cool, both song and art-wise. #1: Naraku no Hana - Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni: Kai Does this come at a surprise anymore? I've mentioned Higurashi so many times so yeah...oh well. Part of the reason Higurashi is my favourite anime is because of this, and #6 but mostly this. That put me in a very good mood and ready to watch the show. I loved the song so much that truly, I could hear it 20 times in a row, which happened with Lucky Star and Azumanga Daioh! but the difference is that I didn't because it was catchy but because it was simply awesome. Well this is it. You know what to do so start discussing.
