Paxil withdrawl?

Has anyone experienced the withdrawl from Paxil? I'm interested in knowing that because I'm half tempted to start a Paxil therapy, but I'm scared by the side effects and the withdrawl symptomes.

I never actually had withdrawl symptoms when I went off Paxil and I was on the medication for several years. I actually stopped taking it cold turkey and I never had any problems. I know some people do, but I didn't. I think the best thing to do is, if you're afraid of the symptoms to taper off the medication slowly with your doctors help. I did it the wrong way, I didn't have any help nor did I have his approval but I've never really had any issues with any medications anyway so I took a risk.
