What do you think of the Congressman who shouted out as the President spoke?

I myself think the Congressman was very rude. Obviously others who were there also felt that he was improper because they booed him. He was on national television and should have been more intelligent? What do you think?

Usually conservatives are more restrained. There are many instances in the past where congress people shout out ignorance during speeches. One Democrat congressman even shouted out horrible things during Pres. Bush's State of the Union Address.
Of course it's rude. Only time will tell whether or the statement, "No undocumented workers will be insured" is true or not. Stay tuned.
