Hello all, In the next decade the amount of people worldwide suffering from demential will increase by over 25%, but there are ways to fight off dementia , here are just a few Foods: Some foods slow the brains ageing, Eggs for instance help. Omega3 - found in oily fish help fight dementia. Vitamin packed fresh fruit and veg can also help. logic games such as sudoku. Phtsical exercise for 30 minutes a session twice a week can help fight off Alzheimers These are just a few suggestions, what do you think or maybe you have more to add

Hey, Yea I know, some of the time I have actually seen some old people lose their mind, quite literally. I have seen them on the public bus talking to themselves and it is quite weird, and scary. I don't want to end up like that. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Playing games of any kind, posting here on MyLot. Oprah's Dr. Ozs said just today that we should get vitamin D to boost Omega 3 which helps make us smarter. We must not forget to interact with other people. That is also important.
