my dog just died! :(

I am so so so sorry. I know how much it hurts to lose a pet. We love them with all of our hearts. When you feel you can, I would recommend picking out another dog to bring home. Not to replace the one who just passed on, but more as a tribute. You can carry on the love for your former dog by sharing it with a new one.

I am so sorry to hear about your dog. Hold on to the memories you and your pet shared. I have lost my cat last year his name was Morris and lookedjust like Morris the cat. He was a stray I loved him so much in the winter he go under the covers with you. he was a great cat. I havelost my pet frogs and fish. There like your kids. They become part of the family. I have a ferret now. Its going to take time and you need to grieve. It took me awhile to get over it. If youneed someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry on I am here. Take care. I am really sorry for your loss. I was also devastated when I lost my dog a few years back. It took me a while to get over it, although I still miss him. I find that keeping only pictures of him but getting rid of his stuff helped. I didn't want to see his bones and toys everyday as a reminder, but I could take out or tuck away pics depending on how I felt.
