Where is the future headed?

Can anyone truly answer that question. Sure you have those that say that they have goals to meet and things to do, but where are we headed as a whole? I really don't see how things can get better with everything that is going on in the world today. But who knows some of you out here just might see it differently. I am in one of those moods because I have come across some interesting information over the past several days. Things that aren't relatively new, but still manange to scary the pants off of me. Like the whole RFID's and the way Obama is running this country. I read a story called "Terrorism = Freedom" that really got me to wonder just were everything is headed and it's not so great. But since it is a faith based story it was uplifting to think that God is in control over everything. I don't know tell me what you think. Where is the future headed?
