I have a webs.com website and I want to add bidvertiser there. Please tell me is it possible?
and again tell me which one is better blogspot blog or word press?

Yes, it is possible, just go to bidvertiser.com and sign up as a publisher.
Blogspot and wordpress both are fine, it depends on which one you prefer or which one you more familiar.

Oh that is very good if you have own domain dot com. From my experience wordpress better than blogspot for get traffic. But if you expert in SEO, I thing blogspot is good for you. because blogspot have variation of template. But if you are not good in SEO, I advise you use wordpress
