A dear girl lost her mom on Tuesday....prayers needed!!!

She is my sort of adopted girl. We have been corresponding since she was 11 or 12 years old and she is 21 now. She just wrote me a quick email to let me know that her mom died Tuesday.
SHe is a member here and a couple of other sites that I frequent. But she has to work and go to college so has very little time for sites.
It is divesca, If any of you know her, please send a note or condolence card to her.
I know she would appreciate it.
Also, she needs our prayers as this is all on her. She has nobody to help her.
I certainly can not go to Brazil to help her.
I am with her in spirit and she is certainly in my prayers. I hope she is looking to the Goddess for faith and support.
Do you know her? Will you please pray for her?

Thank you so much. She is like my own daughter. We write to each other, call each other and send each other things all the time. She was going to try and come spend a month with me last year. Hoping to this year at the end of Nov to the end of Dec. but now I don't know.
I told her to call, write, or come and over that I wish I could be there for her.
She is so sweet.
I don't know what she will do now. She is taking classes to be a emergency nurse that flies to the injury site. A flight nurse I think they are called.
She has to work to pay her way through college and uses a bus to get everywhere that she has to go.
I do wish I could be there for her.

Yes, that is how we met so many years ago. I have seen her through her first boyfriend up to now. I have been there for her as her second mom for a long time.
We keep in touch often. I wish I could be there for her now. I am in spirit and I have her in my prayers. I also have a candle lit for her.
I am here if she needs me. I can only be there for her online, email, chat, and the phone. I have told her to come here if she wishes when all is done there.
Maybe she can transfer her college stuff to here.

I am sorry to hear about your friends mother..I will pray for God to be with her and to give her comfort in her times of need.
God will help her through this ,all she has to do is ask Him and believe.
She is very fortunate to have such a wonderful and caring friend as you..Blessings to you and send her my blessings and prayers.

Thank you. She knows that she just needs to ask for strength and help, but she is so fragile right now. I thought she could use all the help that she could get. I have been blessed to have her in my life for all of these years.

Yes, she needs all the help she can get.She has all of our prayers and support..If she ever gets to come to see you,maybe you can bring her to meet me..I pray she will continue with her schooling..That will help to take her mind off Of the other things.

No I do not know her but that matters Not to me, I will still say prayers for her and again light my special candle. This is always a most dificult time for the family and an awkward time for all others not knowing the right words to say.

Yes, I agree. I too have a candle lit for her and the family. Sometimes just knowing someone is there even without many words helps a person. She is alone now and has this to deal with on her own. I hurt for her and do worry for her more now.

I don't know this girl Moonbeam, but if you care for her then she must be very special. My thoughts and prayers are with her and you at this sad time. I can't imagine going through something like this alone. Please give her my regards and warm hugs.

Thank you sparks. I appreciate this and I know she will. She was signed up on tatty's first site. I know people there know her. She has a sad and lonely life. Her mom had started drinking again and was abusing her. She loves her but was afraid of being around her, so she stayed in her room most of the time while she was at home and not working or in school.

Believe me I know prayers are answered. It is said that the more that pray for something the quicker prayers are answered. I don't know about this. I do know that Kat would not be writing to everyone about her mom when she has so much on her shoulders right now. She has been going through depression herself and now this.
I am hoping she has plenty of friends here or on many friend lists and they can write to her.
