How often do you excercise?

I want to be fit and healthy by exercising regularly, I enrolled in a gym, in yoga classes but it didn't take long. I even bought my own treadmill but I always feel lazy to use it. I admire those people who are really serous with their fitness, but I just can't motivate my self to excercise. hehehe

i had been regularly exercising in the past. it stopped when i had this severe flu two months ago. i went back to play badminton again last week and have not gone back playing this week. i wish i have enough time and motivation to be back again to play badminton regularly.

I exercise with kattle bell. It's heavy lifting, but if works out all muscle groups and takes minimum time. In 15 minutes you can get all exercise you need for the day. Yoga is a good addition. I do yoga at home while watching TV. elso try to walk when possible. If you have to go somewhere where you can get within 30 minutes if you walk there, might as well walk, don't drive.

Don't feel bad. Self-motivating to exercise regularly is not easy for anyone and I think we all have bouts of feeling really lazy about exercising. I would suggest you set yourself a routine. Try starting slowly. For example just make a simple promise to yourself that you will have a workout at least twice a week, for 30 minutes. And stick to it! You might find you actually enjoy it!
