I have seen that the lady staff tied their long hair on back side of head

we do all sorts of hair styles and ways to tie a long hair. and doing what u describe is just one of them. i, for one, have grown my hair long because i envy those with long hair. with the long hair, i have so many opportunities to change my hairstyle and wear hairstyling ornaments any time i like. most nursing students and nurses have their hairs tied at the back and formed like a bun. they secure it with pins and hair net to keep it neat all the time.

My dear lady , it is the custom of south indian ladies to tie the hair lying loose in rounds . You will mainly see ladies in Kerala, Tamilnadu , Karnataka and Andra Pradesh keeping their long hair in curly solid rounds which is unlike in North India where the hair is kept short.

Hello my friend. Here in America, many girls and women do tie their long hair on the back of their head, either hanging in what is called a pony tail here, or tied back and wound into a knot called a bun or a chignon. It is very lovely! Karen

The ladies do have lots of ways of getting their hair tied up.IN this case I would say the rules of the hotel you visited would have made them do so and well it look quite nice huh.The ladies also ties up their hair in short with small and thin bands and that looks awesome in some and in some it looks awkward,the personality of a lady must also go with what kind of hairstyle she is best suited to.
