How to change my avatar.

Hi there friends, I would like to change my avatar. When I joined Mylot 3 years back, I was in a hurry, and the only picture, I could get was this batman picture. Now I would like to change it to something trendy. But the only problem is I do not know how to change the avatar. Can somebody help me. Thank you.
