As the silence after Man Utd's good matches or victories seems to have taken over, I'll do my job as a Man Utd fan and comment on today's GOOD MATCH. It's been very unpleasant for me to start watching the game in the 10th minute and see the Spurs lead by one goal, but after seeing the goal replay during half time, I couldn't but applaud Jermaine Defoe's brilliant shot. Giggs' superb strike put my hart back in the right place, and made me bow one more time at his career with the club (I must say it feels to me I never bowed once too many). For 20 years he's been playing here and he scored in all of these seasons Anderson's first ever goal for United is also worthy of mentioning, and Rooney marks one more, every goal being well earned by his labour on the pitch. Enough praising already! The match was far from perfect, but it was, nonetheless, a very pleasant game to watch (especially since Utd got to win ). I sense an improvement in the game, and that can only make me happy. There's a European match coming up against Besiktas and the home derby against Man City. I'm expecting for an easy victory in Turkey (with at least two goals) and a great clash against City, considering their latest transfers and results. Please share your opinion on today's result, on Man Utd's general performance and on the upcoming matches. After all, this is what this interest is all about!

That was just awesome! I didn't manage to catch the match, but it's just good to see the Red Devils getting back on track, aye.. awesome... just awesome. When are the upcoming matches coming? I have to check with my schedule whether I could watch them or not.. I'm not really a fan of Man U, but I've followed their progress a bit here and there over the years. From Beckham right up to Cristiano Ronaldo. It has been an interesting journey for them. Up, down, down, up and then up again.

Rated + That is a brilliant post... indeed Man Utd is the best football club in the world... we have weakened due to the sad but inevitable departure of Ronaldo, but good to see we are still the team to beat. What's more interesting is how will other teams react to United's sudden invincibility during the Winter months, because that's when Manchester tradionally become the strongest and despite the flood of games we are legendary for keeping a 99% winning record!

It's well known that Manchester United are not usually great starters but the last couple of seasons we have started very well. I can see us really stepping on the gas come winter time and continuing our run of Premier League Titles to an unprecedented four in a row.

I think this season's Champions League draw was a very lucky one, a group with Besiktas, CSKA Moscow and Wolfsburg being a very accessible one, allowing Man Utd to focus on the Premiership and even rest some of the most important players during the Champions League matches.

Great win for the Red Devils, especially beating the undefeated Spurs. I know allot of people thought that when Ronaldo left the club we would struggle this year, as well as Carlos Tevez, but we are doing good at the moment. Also would like to note im loving seeing how bad Arsenal are doing at the moment, its great to see

I don't think it's enough for Arsenal to play bad so that Man Utd wins the league. Chelsea is showing a pretty good shape and seems to be a serious candidate for the first places. I myself would like it even more for Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and everyone else to play very very good, and for Manchester United to be placed above them all in the tables .

Hi friend, Although i am not a fans of Man Utd, i have to applaud for their winning. She deserver the winning.Among the Man Utd, Owene is my best favorite player and Rooney is the second. I still remember the match England VS Argentina, on which Owene make his name all over the world. Do you remember the match? I also appreciate the diligence and stronthen of Rooney. He always play well in Man Utd or England national team.

I'm not a big fan of Owen, but that match against Argentina is a landmark of his career, and I'm glad I've seen it. He's not in the best shape of his life right now, but I think we'll see him play on Tuesday against Besiktas, even if he won't be in the starting 11. I thin he will be sent on the pitch around the 70th minute when Man Utd will already have 2 goals in front of Besiktas.

It was an absolutely brilliant game of Football. Defoe took his goal brilliantly and although Spurs had their moments like when Ben Foster pulled off that incredible save to deny them. Manchester United were absolutely superb. Rooney was inspirational and worked his socks off. Anderson and Fletcher were top draw and not one United player let us down except maybe Scholes for his sending off. At the start of the season I was sceptical whether United would win the title this season without Ronaldo, After the last two games I am confident we will do it. I feel the biggest challengers will be Chelsea and not Liverpool this season. Ancelotti is an outstanding manager and looks to have Chelsea playing extremely well and they have the same steel as they had with Mourinho.

Evra also had a very good match, always coming forward on his left side, even moments after doing his job in the defence. I'm sorry for Scholes, who will be missing the derby against Man City... I know his hart is in the right place, but he should stop trying to tackle... he just can't do it right.
