My daughter just turned five and let me tell you if I had the engery that she had I wouldn't know what to do with myself .
That brings me to the this conclusion .
Children act the way they do because they just have so much engery that they to have no idea what to do with themself !
My daughter always has a billion questions ranging from why is the sky blue , to how many fish live in the ocean !
As I try to answer all these question the best that I can I do get very frustrated and at times just want to scream ! But when she is not around asking me a billion questions I feel alone and lonely and miss the silly things she would ask me .
Am I the only parent that feels this way ???

children are a true blessing. I can understand what you are saying. It is a way that they learn. You might want to answer all the question she asked of you. If you don't answer. She would ask someone else. You might not like the answer she recieve. You can teach her to read a book. This way when they get older they would like to read and find more info. They can ask some strange question. Happy lotting.

Sounds like you have a smart little girl there. Yes some of my children were like that. They just want to know and it shows that their mind is continusouly working. How I kept my sanity during the 'why does this happen' age I involved them with cooking. Took a bit longer in the kitchen to make things, but it gave them a sense of accomplishment learning and understanding things.
