What are the secret to become successful?

The surer way to the road to success is to follow in the footsteps of those who have blazed a trail of achievements before us.
What you are, so is your world. Everything in the universe is resolved into your own inward experience. It matters little what is without, for it is all a reflection of your own state of consciousness. What matters is, what you are within, for everything without will be mirrored and coloured accordigly.
What are your ways to become successful?

In my opinion, there are no real formula for success, It is still up to us how to succeed, even if you follow all those guides found everywhere there's no guarantee that you will be successfull. It's nonetheless hard work and perseverance.
And also success vary in definition from person to person, there are successful in terms of money and other measure it in self fulfillment.
