I am a staunch devotee of Shirdi Sai Baba, the living saint, who left his body in 1918. Many pray him and get their problems solved and get peace. Even in small matters, he comes to help me in some form or other. When I was struggling for an auto with my sick husband to take home, a private taxi comes and takes us to our place for only auto fare. Another time, an auto with old man with beard comes and takes me to the place without putting auto meter and takes whatever I give. If I feel like eating anything, next moment somebody will bring that home. Do you believe in Shirdi Sai Baba? Do you have any experience on him? Can you please share that with us?

Unfortunately I have not experienced Shirdi Sai Baba's presence, though I hope I do. You say he answers prayers. Has he ever healed an amputee? I don't mean to be disrespectful; I'm just curious.

He cured many non-curable diseases, as per devotees' experiences.

Yes I believe that how much we have faith in HIM, that much we experience HIS help and presence with us.I narrate my experiences with HIM. During my graduation in 1977 one of my friends happened to go to Shirdi and on returning she presented me with a Baba's card photo and a pendant, these two invaluable gifts has created a strong bond with them. It was in 1992 (March)that I happened to visit Shirdi for the first time with my husband and two sons.We stayed in Shirdi for two nights. On the third day we started to catch our train at Aurangabad to my home place, Hyderabad.I was so depressed that without BABA it is difficult to live, and I was not willing to leave Shirdi, but that was impossible, as we are bonded to our family. That first visit had affected my heart so much that I constantly was always thinking of BABA. As I am a working lady, I daily used to collect my sons from tution on way to home. And I used to do my daily cores of work.By 8pm my husband used to join me from his job. By night 10.30-11 we used to finish our house work and go to sleeo. This was our routine and hectic schedule. It was a GURUPURNIMA day, 14th July,1992 as ususal I went to pick up my sons from their tution. The tution aunty family were also BABA devotees and they along with the staff quarter residents they perform BABA pooja on every GURUPURNIMA day. That day too the arrngements were made.A big portrait of Baba was kept for pooja. I folded my hands with tears in my eyes to solve our never ending neck-deep problems and put some coins inthe hundi. And I took my sons and got back home and as usual I started to my house work.Me and my husband completed the work and just laid on a mat on the floor as we were very tired, thinking that we will close the front and backdoor a little later, but we went into deep slumber, and only our gate was locked. It was night 1.30 am. Usually I never sleep with my face facing the roof, but that moment my sleeping posture was that.I saw BABA standing near my front door threshold, staring at me.Infact it is not a dream, I can say I was semi-conscious, as I can see the door and the moonlight of the full moon and ofcourse I can see BABA HIMSELF looking at me.I can describe HIM. HE was of medium height with HIS kafni below HIS knees.HIS head turban was on HIS right shoulder but not on the left as we usually visualize in most of the pictures, and HIS Joli(shoulder bag)was hung to HIS right shoulder but not on HIS left shoulder as we see in all the picturs of BABA.I could see HIS kafni torn on HIS upper right arm and also below the waist. HE was staring at me and too was looking HIM for a few minutes, and I happened to realize (i.e., came to full consciousness) that BABA is standing at the door step and I was little scared and I started getting goose bumps on my body. I was surprised but with fear, I started calling my husband, I could see BABA's blurring image, again I could BABA became more blurred and ultimately for the third call BABA vanished from my sight. I could see a very bright moonlight and the white-washe compound wall. Meanwhile my husband got up and was wonder struck and said that "you are very lucky to have BABA's darsha."I too feel so, that it is a blessing of BABA to have HIS darshan. May be HE came to wake us to reveal us that the entrance door and the backward doors were open.Even today I recollect the memorable incident and think that I am the luckiest person though I am in neck deep problems and failures haunting me and my sons. They are yet to be settled in life.Inflicted with health ailments. All these I presume to be due to past karma due to sins committed in our previous birth. Yet BABA comes to our rescue in time of need. He always lends HIS hand in need and we are surviving. Only one question I have is in todays' society most of them commit sins only and survive better than us, but people with morals and sincerity suffer till their last breath, I think this is the case with us too. When does the judgement day will be witnessed may after we die before that day.So awaiting for HIS judgement till my last breath.

My dear Drkpar, I read your response two times to dwell on each word that you wrote. I thought I will live on the situation and experience the bliss myself. YES IT IS BABA who takes care of his devotees in that manner. Did you read Sai Sat Charitha? In that it is written that Baba's close friend and devotee Mal sapathi was very poor. When people came to give money, Baba never allowed him to accept that. He said Mal Sapathi has to shed his karmas in this birth. Like that You are shedding your karmas and a bright future without any shade of karma is awaiting you and your family members in future. Hope is life. Hold BABA with tight grip and he will help you to cross this Bhavasara i.e. mundane existence (this life) and take you to Subhiksha. Let BABA's grace be with your family. OM SAI RAM. I am suffering from some sickness or other from December onwards. This urinary infection is not at all going and now I have a fracture in foot. I too sometimes feel, people around me are so rich but so selfish and never put even a biscuit to street dog, when it is hungry. But they lead very comfortable life and with helping nature and big heart, why this is happening to me? Then my husband says that only, that my karmas are being removed. Wait for a bright day sister. It is not too far.
