how can we improve our english speaking fluency?

nowadays for getting a job in our country or abroad english fluency is must.if we want to talk with a person who is talking another language,then knpwing english is must.everybody telling that if we want to improve fluency talking without shyness is must.what are the other methods to improve fluency?

Bless you for this most encouraging post. I suppose it's only the illegal Latin Americans that are steadily re-absorbing the Southwest US that have no intention of ever learning the language.
