Hosting CommonWealth Games(CWG) - 2010 ?

Hi All, In Yesterday's newspapers;there was the news of CommonWealth Games Chief's message to the Indian Prime Minister about lack of preparedness on the CommonWealth Games to be organized in Delhi in 2010 . Sheila Dixit told the news people that appropriate steps shall be taken to address this situation . Howevr,the ground reality is that many of these projects are either Half way , 70 % or even below that . So,what do you think would happen ?
