Hi,what kind of company do you prefer to go ,big company or small company?

ok.. I am pg and i ve just quit my job. I was working in a small company. now u can get the disadvantage of a small company. In a small company if it is performing well you can get easily promoted and get good benifits and power comparitivly easy. the bad things the level of growth is limited In big companies, if you perform well then there is no limit of the growth you can have there. Ya but the responsibilites are divided there. And you ll have to face the politics there too.
