Yes! Since I was in high school. I never thought I was, but when my mom said the line, "you are getting bigger", i realized i am fat. I tried to work it out but I couldn't. When I got into college, I became so depressed. My self esteem was so low that I wont look for a mirror to check myself out. I became obsessed with things like slimming teas and pills. It worked and the effects were drastic. But I felt it's unhealthy. I knew it is but i want it to give myself a chance to be happy. I lose weight and tried strict diet, an unhealthy one. In some point, I stopped it. I realized, "there is no reason to kill yourself to make yourself happy." Now, I may not have the shape, I may not be thin, and there might be times that cool shirts won't complement on my body, But I sure am happy.

Yes many times i feel the same, but in real my body is very flexible , i easily gain and loose weight. Completely depends on the work i am doing for a month. If i do alot of physical work , that can be walking only, i loose my weight drastically and if i have to work on system only which does not involve the physical work, i gain it again. some time i feel by walkin alot i ve lost nearly 30 pounds weight in a month, even i m nearly 140 pounds

My weight has been one of my biggest problems since forever but I've learned to deal with it and love myself. I'm also learning to love different kinds of veggies and food that are good for me that I didnt grow up eating. I work out regularly too trying to strenten my core and feels my blood flowing. I'm not the thinnest person but I'm certainly not the biggest either. I love myself either way.

i really have a problem in losing weight and ive been carrying this problem for almost 4 years now. i gained a lot of weight when i studied in a university which was located downtown and there are lots of fast food chains all over the place. i cant help myself because i always crave for sweet foods everyday. i tried so many things already like taking pills, going to a gym, and dieting.

Yes, I think as i have got older, it is harder to lose the weight. It makes me mad, because i have to really try hard now, whereas, i used to be able to eat anything, and stayed slim. I think also, after having children, it is harder to lose weight for some people.

i am a very lazy person and I know that loosing weight is not very easy for others but my body is used to it,as when i walked to college and came back,my weight was coming into control but since my college is finished,I am again in the way of increasing weight. and now i am feeling lazy to walk.
