dial up numbers for ultimate use

hello everybody i am a boy from myanmar u know our country's internet connection is so bad and so expensive i am a student and only can use dial-up internet with modem use with prepaid card other connections like adsl,wimax, broadband and ipstar are so expensive i want to know can u use the dial-up numbers from server provide use with ultimate please tell me ok.i have find some dial-up softwares through internet but they are not useful for myanmar.
