Culture and science are in our life has significant influence,and that which is more imporant for us?

I think they should go hand by hand. One of the problems of our time is that science has grown at an exponential rate while culture has not. That way, we are still barbarians with very dealy weapons in our hands. And I don´t mean only war weapons.
