Could we really make money from PTC?

Hi Everyone, I been into this online earning program for a long time but never once I receive a payment from PTC. Now I only have one PTC that I am working on of making sure I click the advertisement everyday but aside from this one I have no other PTC. Most of my payment comes from paid forum and the very first one I have come from Mylot and the second one come from I forgot the name already but the site is shut already anyway. On the other forum I am member with (I will not name as it is not allowed here) I reach the pay out already and I dont it in just under one month which the pay out is $10 but I am trying to get it to $15 then I will cash out. How about you have you made money yet from PTC? If so how much and how long did it take you to make this much? Do you really believe that somebody could make big amount of money from PTC or do you think that paid forum like mylot is still better than any of thus PTC out there? Thanks all for your response.
