Are your in-laws always meddling when you & your husband diagree on something?

I'm just curious how it is to live with in-laws and when husband and wife argue on something and in-laws are meddling especially mother-in-law (that's according to my friends who are "unluckily" living with their in-laws) which sometimes causes a small argument turn into big argument. My friends are always telling me that I'm just so lucky because I don't have any in-laws to deal with since we live far from them.
