Mylot.com leaderboard

I came accross to see about mylot.com leaderboard. Could you tell me what is it about, and what influence one to get into ( *blushings, not a newbie but don't know about it* )

Mylot.com leader board are the members that posts and rated the most on mylot.com. interest. Every interest has their own leader board and you can go to the top in each and every one of it if you posts a lot on that particular and your posts being rated by other members.

I was trying understand the samething. Who are leaders and how do they become leader etc. Just came through this post and found my answer. Thanks for sharing this. Hope to become a leader myself someday :) .
