Does paypal send cheques to malaysia?

I've earn some money from PTC sites and sent it to my paypal account, there are some too in my alertpay account, just wanted to know does paypal accept malaysia? How can i receive money from it? Do i need to verify my account in order to get the cash? how bout alertpay? Really need answer..thanks everyone
