Am I doing my workout right?

Hi! At last I have started my journey towards strong healthy body. It includes now swimming, aerobics and gym. Indeed i start my week on Monday with visiting gym. There I do some cardio exercises for about 40 minutes or hour. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays my schedule doesn't allow me to devote enough time to sport. On Thursdays I go to swimming pool and swim there for an hour, and also visit sauna to clear my skin of chemical waste. And I end my week on Friday attending my aerobics class, which is also an hour long. I'm not the specialist, so I'd like to get some advices from You. If there are any recommendations on diet? Maybe I could add something to my week-program? I don't want to build giant muscles or lose weight, but I want this program help my body to be more fit and toned. Any suggestions?
