During my wake up exercises here on Mylot this morning (gotta be off to work shortly) a notion clamored out of the grog and goo..Having responded to a post on vigilantes earlier this week and topped by another round of God/no God this morning would it be untoward to think of the 'no God' folks as being spiritual vigilantes? Chew on it a bit.. Well, I'm off..and besides that I gotta get going to work! ENJOY!

It would be an intersting considerationg! I don't consider myself as being a spiritual vigilante though. It's more along the line of being disgusted with all the horror in the world and not believing that God could sit back and allow all this to happen. Therefore, there is no God. According to another rationale, we make our own fates and decisions. God can't really interfere without taking our choice away from us, and he won't do that. But I can't believe in a God that would allow children to be molested, tortured, willfully destroyed. They have no choice, they aren't allowed to make a choice, all they're allowed to do is suffer. That's not a loving god to me! So I choose not to believe.
