How fast your Telephone complaints will be served ?

I am using the BSNL land line at my home and office for the Broadband as well as for making the calls. The Phone at my office dead five days back and we lodged a complained the same day. They promised to repair it the same day. It is not repaired till today. Now the repair will take place only on Tuesday, because there is a holiday on Monday. Here most of the Government services are like this. How is the Government services in your country ? How is the Telephone Department ?
