Hi friends i want to know how a person can increase his or her memory through natural foods. I herd nuts are the best to increase memory. What do you think? If they are any more food items please share with me

Hi.. Foods containing B12 vitamins are the best for memory (fish, meat, milk, cheese, yogurt). If you are a vegetarian, take a B12 supplement, and have natural foods containing B6, Folic Acid and Antioxidants.
