hai friends what is the main reason why anger word comes into life of human. Is anger a friend or enemy to the human beings. how is anger called in technical term???

i couldnt put anger in any other way. Anger is an enemy as it would lead you to other things that would put a negative bias on you. anger is actually quite contagious to other people that is why i am putting means to avoid anger. It is very unhealthy.
