I generally use speakers for listening music because i can move freely. And when i have to stick with my pc i go for headphone as most of the time i feel that the quality of the headphone sound is mostly better than the big open speakers. what you say

I would go for headphones because I like to enjoy music only with me, and not by sharing with people near me. Furthermore, headphones can filter distraction sounds from outside. So, I can hear the superb quality of a song, with no intrusion at all. =)

I use the stereo to listen to music When the sound reaches a few dB of the intensity, can be perceptible to the human ear, and then increased to tens of decibels, and listening to clear and pleasant, people will feel very comfortable. Further enhanced to hundreds of decibels, the sound becomes harsh, intolerant, medically known as "auditory loudness discomfort," is necessary to the human ear hearing impaired, mildly lead to "hard of hearing," will moderate "deaf . " The human ear on more than 85 db to 90 dB, the sound was not tolerated. Wearing headphones playing computer games or songs, the audio is concentrated in a small ear piece on the vibration machine, eardrum to accept audio playback when the effects of concentration than the speaker, and the ups and downs with the music, spirit is always in a relatively tense state. Meanwhile, the ear between the eardrum vibrating membrane and the close proximity, the small range of sound wave propagation and focus on the eardrum to stimulate the auditory nerve is relatively large. If you are using headphones the quality is not high, then the discomfort when wearing, long-term wear may also lead to ear infections, deafness and other symptoms. Not only to the hearing, but on the brain is going to affect!

I would really prefer listening through speakers because it's more comfortable and efficient for me to move around. I can also hear the outside world while listening to music. The problem is that in our house, it is easy to hear something which is played and because we all have different music tastes, I end up using my earphones. I don't really like earphones because I dont feel comfortable having something inside my ears and having to carry my player. but since I have no choice, I just have to live with it.
