Offering A Free Product To Make More Money

I have been selling online as well as promoting websites which I make refferal commission from for a few years now and I have recently started using both methods together and so far it has worked wonders. For example, I was purchasing dvds at a wholesale rate, then selling them each individually for about $10 a piece. This was making me about $9.00 profit per dvd which would amount to $900.00 profit per case of dvds. At the same time I was promoting a site which gave me $25 every time I would send them a Free customer. I soon realized that I could offer the dvd's for "free" as long as they would signup for the free site which made me $25. So instead of making $900 in profit, I made $2,400 without "selling" anything. This turned out to be a great way to attract people to my products and make money without "selling" but rather "giving" things away. I have since used this method in various forms and have had fantastic results with it. If you can try this out, I recommend you doing so and you will see very nice results as well, good luck!

I'm doing the similar as what you did. However, i'm focus on freebies, or low cost product which is not more than $5. I'm helping those website to promote their product, and they are offering promotion price at my website. By this, i get paid by them monthly, what i did is keep on promote the freebies listed at my website.

Basically, this is how it plays out: I have a product that I bought wholesale for only $0.69 a piece ($0.69 x 100 pieces=$69.00). I then sell these individualy for $10 each, making me $9.31 in profit($9.31 x 100 pieces= $931.00 in profit).
I also promote a site which pays me $25 everytime someone signs up for free.
So I basically offer this deal: "You signup for free with the site I promote and I'll give you a free product" That way instead of "selling" my product for only $10, I am giving it away and making $25 on each item ($25 x 100 pieces= $2,500-$69.00= $2431.00 in profit). There are many dating sited which will pay you up to $30 for every free membership you send them, these are generally the biggest money makers.
