pampered child turned out bad whom to blame?

i ave a cousin who was very pampered by his mother. every time his mother saw that this cousin of mine was pinched by our neighbor she right away got hysteric. as years went by this cousin became a man but instead of becoming a good person he became bad. he steals food from my other aunt's store. steal his father's motorcycle. everytime he is around chaos for sure happens. i wondered why he became bad when he grew up with a very nice life around nice people.

If a couple have one child and no other children he or she can become spoiled. He or she might think very highly of him or herself. I think turning bad like stealing is very strange. That comes from a lack of morality. Maybe it is something to do with the child's personality. The parents can be to blame in some situations.

Be raised as a spoiled brat usually gives you a rotten adult. I have never seen anything different. You give in to every little thing a child wants or does he/she will grow up to be a really horrible person. The blame all goes to the parents.
