Do you rank the best response to all the discussion you have started?

today i have found that not all of guys have ranked the best response they have started, they usually leave their topic alone, and maybe they forget it or maybe they don't know they need to rank their posts? so how about you? do you rank the best reponse to all the dicussion you have started? thanks.

I always rank the best response to all the discussion, to avoid unresolved discussion, so far i have one unresolved discussion about new dog, new breed.

I am guilty of not giving best responses in every discussions that I start.
It used to be my habit of giving best responses but I have been away from mylot for some time now that I have not given best responses to the discussions I have left.
And I don't put priority into that now. And I also don't start a lot of discussions lately, I just focus on responding.

Hi shajerrl,
Definitely I will give BR to my responders and I think it is very necessary to motivate them. If there are many good responses then I may take some more time to decide who the best is. I agree some people are not at all bother to give away the BR and some are giving very quickly too. I don’t want my discussion unresolved and it is important to select a BR and a difficult task too so it may take time for deciding.

i dont rank the person i granted the best response but i ranked the others who spend their time responding on my discussion. if only i can choose everybody then i would have done that. or sometimes there is a certain discussion that is really hard to choose the best but when i have chosen already i give positive ratings on the other members, everybody happy.

Yes I do give the best response, however, I wish we could give more than one, as I get more than one best reaponse, and it is so hard to pick just one. I think gibing best reaponse, lets the user know that I thought enough ofthem to give them the best response. I do takethe time to read all the responses, and sometimes I have to read them again, as I may have missed something the first time. By reaind them again, then it is much easier to give the best response. I also like getting best responses, as well, as it lest me feel good that they thought enough of me to pick me as the one tat has the best response. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
