Buxwiz turned into scam?

So I've been hearing that buxwiz, 'the second neobux'(according to reviews before) finally turned into scam? I've been reading other blogs and forums this past weeks that buxwiz is a scam which I do not believe at first because it is rumored before that it is the next neobux, or the second elite ptc site. Until I have red in a blog which I trust the most when it comes to ptc updates, they already claimed that buxwiz turned into scam already. And I tried accessing the site now and I can't open. What do you think?
