This is about my kid sister's first day at school. My parents are not educated so they are negligent, when it comes to education. I was twelve years of age when my kid sister who was then five decided to follow me to school. I tried my possible best and my kid sister was registered in the school by my parents. For the first day, she was with me through out till we closed from school. The next day was really the problem day, she denied not to be in that class with strangers unless i am with her in that class. When i tried to leave her for my class, she would cried till i come back. She really disturbed me to the extend of not been able to attend the lessons of that day. That wasn't all, she refused not to go to school the next day. She cried out till i force her to school. This continued for about two weeks till she became familiar with some of her class mates and even made friends with them.

I only have one son. and for now i believe he will be my only. he just went to his first day of pre school about a month ago. he had never even been in day care so i was really worried about how it would all work out. needless to say he was way less worried than i was. lol. he went straight into the classroom and yelled "bye mom". that was it... no hug, no blowing kisses... nothing! he absolutely loves school and yet it still terrifies me. i still haven't figured out what to do with myself all day all alone. i'm proud of him though for sure!

God, yes. My kids are now 12 and 10 but I clearly remember my youngest' first day of school. Not only was she screaming but she would not allow me to leave. I told her, I would just be outside and I will stay if she would only go inside the classroom. I sat in front of her classroom the whole morning. She checked on me every minute to make sure I kept my word. Fortunately, her pre-K teacher was really understanding and allowed me to stay. Thank you for sharing your photo.
