Copy a vcd

i have already put this subject for discussion.agin i want to explain clearly the problem i'm facing.
I copied a VCD(contains five folders: Cdi, Ext, Mpegav, Segment & Vcd. Inside Mpegav folder a file named Avseq01.dat, file size:786mb) to my hard disk.
I tried to copy all these folders , ie.788mb, (with Nero 6.0.0.28's make a data disk option.)to a blank cd of 700mb. The CD is coming out "with not enough space". I know that there is some method to copy this, because I checked a lot of VCDs the file size is more than 700mb., but I don't know how & with which software.
I'm lookig for some expert's suggestion.

Most of the recent burner software wouldn't be able to support the oversize vcd at this time. You can to select a features like over burn or the best way I think was using a spliter software to split it into two small path then you can burn it to your blank cd. You can either download a VCD Cutter or Movie Spliter to try.
